Wheat Grindage (new flour)

Well, after some brainstorming I finally got around to motorizing my $50 wheat grinder.  What’s remarkable, is that this little beast actually grinds flour fine enough to bake with, it’s just a tad slow, and sometimes you need to re-grind the grounds to ensure consistency.

here’s a video of the works.

It’s an as needed setup, no where near permanent, and it’s not real easy to get the pulley centered on the shaft, but it does work, I ground nearly 2 pints of flour last night before I decided to wait for fresher wheat.
