Well, after some brainstorming I finally got around to motorizing my $50 wheat grinder. What’s remarkable, is that this little beast actually grinds flour fine enough to bake with, it’s just a tad slow, and sometimes you need to re-grind the grounds to ensure consistency.

It’s an as needed setup, no where near permanent, and it’s not real easy to get the pulley centered on the shaft, but it does work, I ground nearly 2 pints of flour last night before I decided to wait for fresher wheat.
